Choice Investment Banking is a division of Choice Investments, Inc. Choice advises niche companies on
raising funds for development or growth. When introduced to a private placement or stock offering,
Choice engages in a proprietary process of research and due diligence to determine the viability of the
opportunity. Companies are accepted as clients only when funds raised will improve their economic
status as measured by reduced debt and significant sales and earnings gains.
The firm also offers venture capital investing and other opportunities to affluent private investors
and institutional clients.
The investment banking team is led by four registered Investment Banking Principals with aggregate
knowledge and experience of over 100 years.
